Need a meeting room in Cambridge at short notice?

If you just need a space to meet up and your catering and AV requirements are simple, we can help with our Last Minute Meeting Rooms service!

A number of our venues can offer smaller meeting rooms for up to 20 people, bookable within 48 hours of your event so if you would like us to help, please complete the details below and we check availability for you. Please note that all enquiries for last-minute meeting rooms are processed during working hours. If your enquiry is received after-hours, on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, your request will be actioned on the first working day afterwards.
