At Meet Cambridge, we help you make the most of the city, from historic Colleges to modern facilities, creating exceptional experiences for your attendees.

Cambridge as a Venue

Cambridge is a stunning destination that offers the wow of a large city and the charm of a local market town. You can walk from one side to the other in less than 30 minutes, although it would take you a few days to discover all the medieval streets, bridges and secret places! As a result, many  venues are situated very close to one another. which makes using the city as a venue very practical. Delegates can immerse themselves in the history and ambience  and excitement is guaranteed when imagining in whose footsteps they could be walking!

Conference delegates can benefit from a  comfortable seat in an air-conditioned theatre, with state-of-the-art AV whilst adjacent venues can offer break-out facilities with AV links to run parallel sessions. Social activities are enhanced with the option to dine in a Cambridge Colleges some of which are lit only by candles, something very unique to Cambridge!
