Checking Availability for Meeting and Conference Venues in Cambridge

We can check availability quickly and easily at every venue that matches your requirements, with a single enquiry, to save you the time.  contacting each one individually. Venues that have availability will respond within 48 hours and we can either send you a collated proposal or you can opt to receive details direct via our online enquiry portal, My Event.

We will contact you after a few days to see how your plans are progressing; to check that you have received a satisfactory response and to see if we can help any further. If you prefer to talk through your plans, please do let us know and we will arrange a call at a time that is convenient for you.

Choosing a Venue and Making a Booking

Once you’ve chosen a venue, we strongly recommend that you visit it before your event and that you make a provisional booking. We'd be delighted to organise site inspections for you and any other decision makers. Please be aware that each venue has its own terms and conditions therefore, take the time to check these in advance of any booking, as cancellation charges do apply in most instances.
