Our Opendoors events are free to attend and limited to just 12 event organisers to ensure that everyone has a quality experience. They are a fantastic opportunity to familiarise yourself with our venues, meet their conference team and address any queries you may have regarding your upcoming events. They also offer you the chance to network with other event planners in and around Cambridge.

Fitzwilliam College
Set in spacious and attractive grounds near the centre of Cambridge, Fitzwilliam College encapsulates a rare blend of history and innovation, living up to its heraldic motto of providing "the best of the old and the new". Robinson College
From the outset, Robinson College was planned with the needs of conferences very much in mind. Set in several acres of attractive wooded gardens yet only a few minutes' walk from the city centre and the famous "Backs", the College building is architecturally striking and highly functional. The College has been a venue for residential and non-residential conferences and meetings since 1981 and over the years has steadily grown in experience and reputation. In September 2015, it added a new meetings and events space, the Crausaz Wordsworth Building offering flat-floored cabaret and classroom-style set-ups along with three breakout rooms and bright spacious foyer area all contained within the same building.
