Meet Up & Make a Difference - Helping UK Charities Get The Most Out of Fundraising Events

At Meet Cambridge, we welcome enquiries from charities for any kind of fundraising activity. A fundraising event is one which in which the main objective is to raise money to support the charity's activities.

If you are a UK Registered Charity, with a new event enquiry, why not explore our Meet Up and Make a Difference discount and let us find the right venue to help you host a successful event.

With Meet Up and Make a Difference, we can introduce you to venues that will offer a 10 % discount on room hire, catering, day delegate and 24-hour packages, subject to availability and to the venue’s own terms and conditions. (This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer or discount).

The 'Meet Up and Make a Difference' venues will also be happy to make a prize contribution for your charity auction or raffle at your event when hosted at their venue. The value of the prize will be at the venue’s discretion.

Where appropriate, it is kindly suggested that when using the Meet Up and Make a Difference offer, venues are offered ‘Sponsorship Status’ for the event.

Over half of our venues are not for profit organisations; colleges, museums and other unique venues. They greatly depend on the revenue generated from external events – so they understand the ‘business’ of charities and are keen to support them, where they can.

To receive 'Meet Up & Make a Difference' rates, just make sure you tell us that your organisation is a registered charity when you place your next enquiry with us!
