Trinity Hall is among the oldest and most beautiful of the Cambridge Colleges. With outstanding historic architecture and stunning riverside grounds, Trinity Hall is the perfect venue for unique and memorable events.

The versatile venue welcomes a broad range of events including residential conferences, day meetings, corporate events, gala dinners, overnight accommodation, private dinners and celebrations, garden parties, large marquee events and weddings.

WYNG Gardens, Trinity Hall’s new conference and accommodation venue in central Cambridge, offers high quality, attractive and contemporary conference facilities for up to 100 delegates as well as en suite double bedrooms.

Trinity Hall is renowned for the quality of its catering. The College offers delicious seasonal dining menus with a focus on the provenance and sustainability of ingredients, complemented with exceptional wines from the College cellars.

With beautiful private dining rooms ranging from the intimate to the grand, Trinity Hall welcomes dining parties of 10 up to 150 guests throughout the year.

During the summer months, Trinity Hall’s riverside setting makes it the perfect venue for quintessentially Cambridge garden parties and drinks receptions. To make the most of your Cambridge experience you could include a punting party along the famous College Backs or enjoy classic garden games on Latham Lawn.

Conferences and day meetings at Trinity Hall include the option of either a delicious business lunch or a 2-course buffet lunch.

You are guaranteed a warm welcome when you come to stay at Trinity Hall. Comfortable guest bedrooms offer exceptional value for money and are situated in prime locations within Cambridge city centre. Trinity Hall's overnight accommodation is perfect for residential conference delegates, business guests and private group bookings.

Choose from a range of double en suite, single en suite and single traditional bedrooms. The contemporary, stylish and comfortable double en suite bedrooms at WYNG Gardens are conveniently located in Cambridge city centre and offer outstanding overnight accommodation for up to 70 guests. Located just a five minute walk away is Trinity Hall, providing 140 single traditional bedrooms set amid stunning historic surroundings.

An additional 100 single en suite bedrooms are also available at Wychfield. Situated less than a mile from Cambridge city centre and close to a range of University Departments and the West Cambridge Site, the rooms at Wychfield are set within peaceful and attractive grounds offering plenty of open space to explore. Some guest car parking is also available via prior request as well as on-street parking.

Guest bedrooms each include a bathrobe and slippers, complimentary toiletries, Fairtrade hospitality tray, free guest WiFi access and a desk and chair. Bedrooms at WYNG Gardens also include a digital television.

Trinity Hall’s experienced Wedding Coordinators will work closely with you to add unique and personal touches to create the perfect Wedding Day to remember and cherish forever. Your Wedding Coordinator will also be on-hand on your Wedding Day to deal with all the final details, leaving you to relax and enjoy the celebrations with your guests.

Weddings can be held throughout College vacations in the Spring, Summer and at Christmas. Saturday weddings have an 80 guest minimum. Friday and Sunday weddings have a 60 guest minimum.

Green Initiatives

  1. Trinity Hall has a sustainability policy for food focusing on the provenance of ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible.
  2. The College also supports Sustainable Fish Cities, serving fish which is rated ‘Fish to Eat’ by the Marine Conservation Society.
  3. Trinity Hall is committed to reducing and, where possible, removing single use plastic and packaging.
  4. The College supports recycled products and Fairtrade goods such as providing conference notepads which are made from 100% recycled materials.

  1. Trinity Hall dates back to 1350 and includes stunning historic courtyards, beautiful riverside gardens and a private mooring for punts.
  2. Steeped in history, Trinity Hall includes the oldest library in Cambridge in continual use and the smallest chapel in Oxbridge.
  3. American author Henry James (1843-1816) famously declared Trinity Hall’s gardens were “the prettiest corner of the world.”
