Situated in an enviable location, under a mile from the train station, half a mile from the coach station and with the Queen Anne car park next door, Hughes Hall is the perfect conference and event location for companies based in Cambridge and further afield.
With its professional and friendly atmosphere the modern, purpose-built, conference centre can cater for groups from five to ninety. The Conference Suite contains the large Pavilion Room and two smaller Seminar Rooms, connected by the Atrium, which is a perfect spot for breaks, lunch or a registration point.
The renowned catering team provide an assortment of excellent catering from light refreshments to buffet lunches and drinks receptions to silver service dinners.

Hughes Hall is known for serving delicious fresh food. The College offers a variety of menus from light lunches to silver service dinners. Menus are reviewed throughout the year to ensure the best seasonal dishes are available.
The College chefs will work with you to plan for any specific dietary requirements that your guests may have and are happy to discuss more tailored menus if required.

Facilities are available for non-residential conferences throughout the year. Residential conferences can be booked outside the University term: delegates will be housed in student rooms on the College site with meals served in the Dining Room. Please ask for additional information if this is of interest. During term, the Conference Officer can make arrangements for accommodation with local hotels.
