We’re celebrating all the good about being in Cambridge for a conference or event and we’d love for you to share your Cambridge moment with us – what has inspired you on your visit to Cambridge? Your conference venue, a new connection you’ve made, a eureka moment, a beautiful view of the city (there are lots of them!), or a member of staff that has made your day!

Judging

Entries will be judged by a panel formed of Conference Managers at Meet Cambridge venues. Meet Cambridge’s decision is final.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube or LinkedIn or affiliated in any way with the University of Cambridge.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age and by sharing your image with Meet Cambridge you are agreeing that:

Any entry must be your original work and it must not infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify Meet Cambridge against any claim from any third party for any breach of this clause.
By submitting your competition entry, you agree that Meet Cambridge may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website.
You will not sell or gift the prize.
You understand that no cash equivalent will be given.
You will be responsible for confirming your visit direct with the hotel and suppliers. Meet Cambridge will supply contacts.
Brunch at Novi is served between 10:00 and 14:00.
The walking tour will start at 13:00 and end at 14:30 and is a public tour.

The prize is for adults over 18 years of age and does not include travel to and from Cambridge.

The competition is not open to Meet Cambridge employees and employees of its member venues or any associated companies.
