Press and Public Relations
We are happy to provide information to journalists about our services, our members and Cambridge as a destination for business events. We welcome enquiries from journalists and bloggers who may wish to visit the city to gather information for publications.
Our PR is managed by Lesley Crosland, Crosland Communications and enquiries for press trips should be directed to Lesley in the first instance.

We would ask that you read our guidelines below before making an enquiry.
Guidelines for Press Visits
- Whilst we are happy to try accommodate last minute requests, please give us as much notice as possible.
- We will need to see proof of your assignment; it should be sent to us from the editor of the publication with details about when the article will be published.
- Freelance writers need to provide two recently published business travel articles.
- In return for our assistance we request that the journalist include a mention Meet Cambridge and www.meet-cambridge.com in the resulting article.
Meet Cambridge cannot pay for accommodation for individual press visits. However, we will liaise with our venue partners to try to secure a media rate for visiting journalists. Complimentary accommodation, where offered, is limited to one night and is entirely at the discretion of our venue partners.
Journalists wishing to write about leisure tourism in Cambridge should contact Visit Cambridge and Beyond to arrange a press trip.
