Meet Cambridge has a growing portfolio of venues both in the city and in the wider area; we'd be delighted to talk to you further about membership.

As the official bureau for meetings and events in Cambridge and the region, we take approximately 4000 enquiries per year for events of all types. Whether you're an academic venue looking to maximise the use of your free space; an unique venue looking for new business leads or a wedding, dining or party venue wanting to attract a new audience, being a member of Meet Cambridge could help you achieve that. In addition to access to enquiries and leads, membership brings lots of additional benefits...

  • Inclusion in a fully integrated marketing communications strategy including an engaging profile of your venue on our website, with a link to your own web site.
  • Opportunities to promote your venue nationally and internationally, raising awareness of your venue, win business and new clients.
  • Collaborative working on large events, where more than one venue is required and the option to participate in bids for international association conferences
  • Assurance and backing from our Agents’ Promise and Code of Conduct
  • The chance to help shape the events industry in the region
  • Representation at exclusive University events
  • Exposure through PR, social networks and digital marketing, where appropriate
  • Use of the exclusive membership logo to prove your Associate Membership Status
  • To be informed about news and opportunities through our regular member newsletters and social media channels
  • The ability to generate bespoke reports to analyse your business with us and quarterly reporting to keep you informed about our business levels.
