Join us for our 2018 series of Open Doors events. We've got over 30 venues across the city lined up for you to see from Colleges to hotels, conference centres to museums, there is a venue for every event!

These events are for event organisers only, we regret that we are not able to accept registrations from venue representatives or suppliers. Whilst we will endeavour to run these events as planned we may have to change the itinerary or cancel the event. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible. The events will go ahead regardless of the weather so please do remember to bring a rain coat, an umbrella and wear comfortable shoes!

Wednesday 3rd October 2018, 10am - 12:15pm

This Open Doors event will cover:

Jesus College, a beautiful setting for conferences and events, dining and weddings. It offers a wide selection of conference and event facilities, ranging from buildings that date back to the eleventh century to modern award-winning architecture.

Cambridge Corn Exchange & Guildhall, the Grade II Listed Corn Exchange is the largest event space in the centre of Cambridge offering capacity for up to 1400. The Guildhalls offer several flexible spaces to accommodate conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, civil ceremonies and wedding receptions

Hilton Cambridge City Centre, with a prime location in the heart of Cambridge and six comfortable function rooms, the Hilton Cambridge City Centre hotel has everything you need for a successful event.

Wednesday 17th October 2018, 10am - 12:30pm

This Open Doors event will cover:

Murray Edwards College, offering conferencing, meetings and dining events year-round. With two professional standard conference centres, they have a variety of meeting rooms suitable for every need.

St. John's College, a combination of the traditional and the modern, the 16th and 17th Century courts blend attractively with the 20th Century Cripps and Fisher Buildings that houses several meetings rooms and a large 250 seat lecture theatre.

Newnham College, can host residential and day conferences, day meetings, workshops and other events in its buildings of warm red brick and white woodwork, grouped round extensive landscaped gardens.

Downing College, a flexible venue with facilities suitable for conferences, meetings, weddings, gala dinners and private dining. The College also provides accommodation to suit a range of budgets.

Emmanuel College, a tranquil and welcoming oasis in the middle of Cambridge, the College has a variety of public rooms to accommodate a wide range of events and meetings.

Revolution, a 960 capacity venue situated in the centre of Cambridge across 5 newly refurbished floors.Revolution can offer several options when it comes to finger buffet, fork buffet, BBQ, canape and dining menus.

Churchill College, with vast conference facilities, accommodation and outstanding cuisine and friendly service with a wide range of menus that cater to an eclectic range of tastes Churchill College is suitable for a variety of events.

The Moller Centre, with 19 flexible meeting rooms, and a 100-seater lecture theatre clients have a wide choice of rooms to hold meetings, conferences, events and private fine dining.

Cambridge Holiday Inn, with 9 meeting rooms all located in its dedicated Meeting Academy, complete with a conference host, the venue offers flexibility and scope to suit any event.

Ely Cathedral, one of the most wonderful venues in Europe for a special occasion. In recent years, the building has hosted high profile events including screenings, exhibitions, dinners, launches and concerts.

This Open Doors event will cover:

Wolfson College, a distinctive venue on the west side of Cambridge in Newnham, within walking distance of the historic city centre and the River Cam, yet close to the M11. Wolfson College is the ideal venue for your residential conference or meeting.

Clare Hall, situated in tranquil surroundings on Herschel Road, a leafy residential road to the west of Cambridge. The College is quiet and peaceful, but only a 10 minute walk away from the historic city centre.

Fitzwilliam College,You will find all the ambience you expect from a Cambridge College, plus essential state-of-the-art facilities for conferences, meetings, receptions or dinners.

The Granary Estates, the beautiful rustic charm of the barns provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in which to hold your corporate function or an external meeting for your company.

Quy Mill Hotel & Spa, just three minutes from the A14, the hotel provides a flexible range of meeting areas, able to accommodate anything from one-to-one interviews to large corporate events for up to 80 delegates.
