The Conference and Events team at Gonville & Caius College are celebrating after scooping the Best Customer Service Award in the Professional Business category at the recent Cambridge BID Awards 2022 and runner-up for Best Customer Service in the University B&B category.

The annual awards, which are organised and hosted by Cambridge BID (business improvement district) took place last month in the historic Debating Chamber at the Cambridge Union Society.

Conference and Events Manager, Georgina Millar said “I am delighted that the team has won in our category for the fifth year in a row and to be runner-up in the B&B category too, is the icing on the cake! Congratulations go to Eve, Simon Laura and Amanda for all of their hard work and dedication."
