All event enquiries we receive here at Meet Cambridge are processed through our online enquiry system, allowing us to be able to act quickly and efficiently to your requests. You also have the option to view your responses in My Event, an online enquiry management portal.

In My Event you can view responses, request to provisionally book a venue, organise venue visits, shortlist venues, reject offers and communicate with us. You'll be able to download venue offers for your own information and update your marketing preferences whenever you like.

My Event keeps a record of all of your enquiries, so you'll never lose track of responses again, whether you have 1 or 20 active enquiries with us.

You can log into My Event as soon as we've processed your first enquiry with us and login details will be emailed to you.
