It can be difficult to know where to start when you are tasked with finding a venue for an event but whether you're planning a half-day meeting, or a meeting for one or more days: a product launch, an away day, a board meeting, or an AGM, our free venue finding service will take the hard work out of the search for you.
All Meet Cambridge venues have enhanced cleaning and hygiene protocols and events are run in accordance with Government COVID-19 guidelines so you can be sure that your attendees will be safe. If you need a space to host a hybrid meeting in Cambridge, we can help with that too.
Our experienced team will check availability and present your options back to you quickly. You have a choice of over 50 of the best venues in Cambridge from academic venues with unique, historic settings to contemporary spaces, large auditoriums, museums and hotels.
Meeting rooms in the Cambridge Colleges and a selection of facilities at the University of Cambridge and Cambridge University Press are available all year round for day meetings. They offer a choice of spaces including auditoriums for between 50 to 500 delegates, seminar rooms, break-outs, networking areas, gardens and sports facilities.
The Colleges are justifiable proud of their fantastic reputation for catering too; in-house chefs will tailor menus to suit your event, whether that means special diets or a range of options to cater for different cultures; energising breakfasts to get your event off to a good start; working, business lunches or dining in a grand hall, an atmospheric parlour or a contemporary restaurant, you can relax and know that it’s all taken care of.
Conference room prices vary but to help with budgeting, most of the Cambridge Colleges offer a choice of all-inclusive day delegate rates or room hire options and, in most spaces, audio-visual equipment is standard.
Perhaps your preference is for a hotel or a unique venue for your meeting. We are here to help with that too!
From central hotels to iconic entertaining spaces; meet in an impressive museum or a purpose built-conference centre at the centre of scientific research; choose from self-contained and exclusive use rooms or dry hire a blank canvas where your creativity can run free.
We also offer a full event management service with a range of flexible options to help you with as much or as little as you need, whether that's pre, during, or post event. Our expert, professional conference organisers (PCOs) and digital conference organisers (DCOs) have an outstanding knowledge of Cambridge and its venues; as members of the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO), they work to high business and ethical standards so you can be sure that your event is in safe hands.
Submit an enquiry today and we’ll take the leg work out of finding a venue for an event with our free, venue-finding service. Our experienced team will check availability quickly and get back to you with your options and then it’s over to you to choose!
We save you time with your search and help you to find the perfect location quickly.
